The Project Scope
Take a 1920’s Victorian property that had experienced WWII bomb caused movement resulting in sloped floors out by 80mm at its worst and and not been modernised in about 40 years and bring it back to life, replacing electrics, roofs, kitchens and bathrooms and making it good for future tenants and owners.
This renovation was done for ourselves.

Challenges we Faced
This whole project was a real challenge from start to finish, however the majority was fully expected. From the sloping floors to the electrics, we knew what we would face. What we didn’t expect was that the extension added on some 40 years prior was falling down and the roof structure built on the top was rotten.

The End Product
We literally ripped everything out from this property and started a fresh. Fresh plaster, completely new electrics install, new flooring, kitchens and bathrooms and fully decorated to a modern standard. The whole process took 7 months from start to finish, but what a transformation we made on it! It is a stunning property that currently has very happy tenants in it.
